  • The Dojo welcomes anyone seeking to improve their focus and execution—whether you're a musician, artist, entrepreneur, coach, student, or high-achiever. It's designed for anyone who wants to bring a significant project to life through consistent, focused action.

  • Not at all. While many of our members are artists, musicians, and writers, the Dojo's methods benefit anyone seeking to master deep focus and execution in any field—business, academics, personal development, or traditional creative pursuits.

  • We're limiting this cohort to 20 participants to ensure personalized attention and a strong community experience.

🚀 Program Details

  • During our kickoff call on Friday, March 28th, you'll define your 8-week SMART goal and develop your personalized execution strategy. This initial session ensures you start with clarity and purpose.

  • Each 90-minute session begins with a short clarity ritual to define your daily focus, followed by uninterrupted deep work time, and concludes with our "1, 2, 3, Optimize" process to lock in your progress and prepare for the next day.

  • You'll need a reliable internet connection, a device for Zoom calls, and any tools specific to your creative work. We recommend having a dedicated workspace free from distractions.

🕒 Schedule & Timing

  • Live deep work sessions run March 31-May 23, Monday through Friday from 9:00-10:30 AM PST.

  • Coaching calls take place every other Friday beginning April 4th from 9:00-10:00 AM PST. All coaching calls are recorded and shared in our private community.

  • All coaching calls are recorded for you to watch later. The deep work practices and habits you'll develop are designed to integrate into your daily life beyond the 8-week program.
